Meet Fawzya

Hi - I am Fawzya, an educational leader, consultant, and practitioner based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology (honours) and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership with an International Baccalaureate (IB) research certificate.

I started Lead Learn Educate in response to a need. The initiative fills a critical structural gap in educational ecosystems within international, private, and progressive school environments.

When we see that students are not making the mark in school, instead of just focusing on tutoring the child, we turn our attention to curriculum delivery, and the system surrounding the learner. By addressing specific systemic needs across diagnostic assessment, special educational needs (SEN) inclusion, capacity building, and school governance, we target permanent solutions to social, academic and support challenges.
